HOW THE DRAFT LEAGUE WORKS—
01-REGISTER
Complete athlete registration and submit the required information. If this is your first season, a birth certificate is required for age verification. This can be emailed to lbkbasketballleague.com or presented at the combine.
02-attend the combine
Athletes participate in drills and gameplay so LBL coaches can evaluate skills for team placement. Every athlete will be placed on a team!
03-watch the live draft
Hear your name drafted to a team for the season! Using our snake draft style we are able to create more balanced teams.
04-meet your team
Team placement is announced, coaches contact families & practice begins!

REGISTRATION: $120 per athlete | Jersey included
COMBINE: October 3 — Completed
LIVE DRAFT: October 7 — Completed
TEAM PRACTICES: October 10 & 17
REGULAR SEASON: October 24 – November 21
GAME DAYS: Weekdays & Saturdays
PLAYOFFS: Start December 5
No games Halloween & Thanksgiving
Each team is guaranteed 8 regular-season games.
